Cancelation, Late Arrival and No-Call No-Show Policy

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and a cancellation may be

necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 3-hour

notice. You can cancel your appointment by using Square online services through your

confirmation text/email or the Square Go app. You can also call the shop during business hours.

A minimum of a 3-hour notice is required to cancel any appointment. No show appointments

and late notice cancellations will be charged for 100% the cost of the missed scheduled

services.  

Late arrivals greater than TEN MINUTES beyond appointment start time may not be able to be

accommodated and will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Plan your travel

accordingly.

Thanks to our great clientele, our Barbers are often booked back-to-back. So, to ensure that we

deliver the best possible haircut, shaves and customer service to our clients, we have allocated

the necessary time to complete each service.

To ensure optimum service, we recommend you arrive at least five minutes prior to your

appointment time. Arriving on time for your scheduled appointment ensures the proper time

necessary for us to comfortably complete your services.

If you do arrive late your service may need to be modified or rescheduled. We regretfully

cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, after

the 10 minutes is up you will be marked as a No-Show. This is to make sure to not inconvenient

others who have scheduled an appointment and who are on time. We will have the right to

refuse services if policies are not followed.

This policy is in place as a courtesy to our staff, as well as the clients booked after you. Please

understand when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss

the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Arriving late will not only affect our ability to

achieve the results you desire in the small amount of time remaining; it will also affect every

client booked after you.
